    Most agencies constantly create and edit notes, tasks, and tickets within NextAgency. You may want to know every time this happens. Then again, you may not.  The personal preference tool in NextAgency enables you to control when notifications are set. Open the blue navigation pane, click on Fast Access and then Settings. Click on the Preferences side tab. Set the notification preferences you prefer. With NextAgency, you're in control.
