Most agencies do not upload their client's financial data into NextAgency. While there is an optional social security number field, may agencies do not upload this data either. Which means you control what data is visible in NextAgency.
Our Customer Service cannot access your agency's data without your permission. If they need to log into your instance of NextAgency to resolve a problem they will send you an access request. You may provide access for a limited time.Any changes they make to your system will appear in your Activity Log.
Our IT engineers may be able to access information, but only when required and subject to strict limitations and logging requirements. If you voluntarily sign-up for our optional concierge on-boarding service, our concierges may access sensitive data. This service uploads client information (including benefits data) into the system.
