When you're importing a commission statement in NextAgency you just want to click a button or three and move on. Unfortunately, stuff happens. For example, you may be loading a commission record for a client that is not yet in NextAgency. Or who has a policy for which there is no policy number. Or it's a duplicate record.
No problem. (Well, yes, it's a problem, but NextCommission makes them easy to fix). When you import a statement NextAgency automatically validates the data. If we see a problem we identify it and give you quick and easy tools to fix them. That way you can be confident your commission data is accurate. Which is the name of the game, isn't it?
