  • GReminders is a HIPAA-compatible, secure  AI-powered meeting reminder and notes platform. By integrating GReminders with NextAgency you can use their tools to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The NextAgency-GReminders integration enables:

    • Notes taken by GReminders AI Notetaker are pushed to NextAgency Case records
    • Tasks generated by AI Notetaker are pushed to NextAgency Cases
    • GReminder generates pre-meeting briefs from NextAgency Client Data and Notes

    Step 1) Navigate to Settings in your NextAgency account

    • Select Integrations then API. 
    • Copy your:
      • Client ID
      • Secret ID
    • The Callback URL to use in GReminders is: https://app.greminders.com/nextagency-oauth

    Step 2) Go to GReminders

    In GReminders, navigate to Setup > Integrations, find NextAgency in the list, and click Setup. Enter your NextAgency domain, Client ID, and Client Secret into the form.

    Click Next and you will be presented with an Authorization Screen. Approve the authorization to complete the connection.

    Note: If you have additional users in your GReminders instance, they will each need to authorize their NextAgency user accounts as well.

     

    Using the GReminder-NextAgency Integration

    In GReminders, open a Notetaker Record and save the Summary. You will then be able to select a NextAgency Case to log the Summary to.

    From here you can select one of your NextAgency Cases and click Update & Log to push the meeting summary and tasks directly into that Case record.

    Enhancing Pre-Meeting Briefs

    GReminders will pull all the latest Notes from NextAgency for Pre-Meeting Brief notifications. Simply have the meeting on your Google or Outlook calendar with the same email address as your NextAgency contact and you will automatically receive a Pre-Meeting Brief.

  • The Employee Navigator integration connects NextAgency to your Employee Navigator account, automatically syncing company, employee, benefit, and dependent data from Employee Navigator into NextAgency. This video shows how to set up this connection.

     

     

    Key things to know

    • The sync is manual and per-group. Nothing pulls into NextAgency from Employee Navigator until you select a company and trigger the sync. There is no automatic overnight sync — you stay in control of what is synced and when. To pull in the latest data, go to Settings → Integrations and run the sync again whenever needed.
    • Matching by name prevents duplicates. Companies are matched to existing NextAgency cases by name (case-insensitive). Employees are matched by first and last name. If a name matches an existing record, the record is updated rather than duplicated.
    • Migrating from Ease? The cleanest approach is to complete your Ease → Employee Navigator move on the benefits-admin side first, disconnect Ease from NextAgency, then connect Employee Navigator. Disconnecting Ease does not delete anything from NextAgency — your cases, employees, and history all stay; the sync simply stops.
    • Employee history is preserved across the switch. Because records merge on the name match, you will see the full timeline (Ease-era and Employee Navigator-era) on a single employee record.
    • The Employee Navigator session is active for about one hour at a time. For security reasons, the connection times out periodically. If you are syncing a large number of companies, you may need to reconnect from Settings → Integrations and continue.

  • NextAgency and Ease is a powerful combination. NextAgency is your agency management system. Ease is one of the nation's preeminent benefits administration platforms for businesses with 2-250 employees. In the video below, we detail how a user can transfer data from Ease to NextAgency. 

     

     

  • Using the Intulse VOIP phone system with NextAgency makes both platforms more powerful. Integrating the two takes just a few minutes. This video shows how.

     

    Please Note: To keep your calls and recordings logged in NextAgency indefinitely so that they remain even if you intend to remove this integration, please save them. For more details, please read the last section of this article.

     

     

     

    Saving Calls & Recordings: 

    After the call has begun, simply tap the back button. Then, when you're on the Intulse page, navigate to 'Actions' > 'Start Recording' to begin recording the call.









    After finishing the call, you can locate the recording file attached to the call under the appropriate contact record in the Intulse tab. Remember to click on the actions menu of the call record if you want to save it.
