NextConcierge – Take 44 / NextAgency

Once you sign-off on our work, the NextConcierge process ends. If you’d later like help in importing data into NextAgency we’re happy to work with you. The cost of this service is $75 per hour.

No, NextConcierge is an optional service. If you want to on-board your agency information yourself, feel free. If you want us to do the importing for you, we’re happy to help. It’s your choice. You may want to decide in the first two months after you initially purchase NextAgency, however, as you’ll save on licensing fees if you opt-in to NextConcierge during this time period.

In the unlikely event of a dispute over whether we have successfully completed the NextConcierge process, we agree to work in good faith to reach a mutually amendable solution. In the unlikely event we reach an impasse, we may: stop further onboarding of your data; delete previously on-boarded data from our servers; return to you any physical material you provided to us; and terminate your NextAgency subscription. You will owe no additional fees, but will not receive a refund of any fees paid prior to this termination.

You do. The NextConcierge process continues until you sign-off that’s it’s finished or accept our work. You’ll have a full week to review our work. If there’s something wrong, let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it. You’ll have another three business days to confirm that we did. (together these are the “Review Periods”).

When you are satisfied your data is in the system, you’ll sign-off on our work and the NextConcierge process will be complete. The NextConcierge process will be deemed complete if we do not hear from you within the “Review Periods”.

That depends on the amount, complexity and quality of your data. Some migrations take a couple of weeks; others have taken more than a couple of months. Before we start work you will receive a clear estimate of the cost and time involved in your implementation. Of course, agencies with very straightforward migration needs import their data themselves using the tools that come with NextAgency.

Please keep in mind, during the NextConcierge process you are responsible for gathering and sharing your data. You also need to sign-off on the finished work. How long the entire process takes, consequently, depends on how fast your agency accomplishes this.
