NextAgency's powerful task and notes make it easy to stay on top of commitments and keep track of information. Often these items are repetitive, such as resolving claims issues for clients. Instead of requiring you to recreate tasks and notes for each client, you can now simply copy or move a task or note from one client to another. Here's how.

NextAgency enables you to assign tasks or notes to cases, sub-agents, employees, policies and other records. This enables you to better understand who is impacted by an item. You also can view all the tasks and notes with which a contact is associated in their contact record. In this video, we explain how to associate tasks and notes to contacts within the system.

Some tasks are simple. Others are more complex and may require multiple steps. Instead of creating separate tasks for each step, you can create Action Items within a task. These sub-tasks can be assigned to different colleagues and have their own due dates. They can be tracked within the task or through your Timeline. This video shows how to add and manage Action Items in Tasks.

Most agencies constantly create and edit notes, tasks, and tickets within NextAgency. You may want to know every time this happens. Then again, you may not. The personal preference tool in NextAgency enables you to control when notifications are set. Open the blue navigation pane, click on Fast Access and then Settings. Click on the Preferences side tab. Set the notification preferences you prefer. With NextAgency, you're in control.
