AI Assist: Editing Text in Emails, Tasks, Notes and Tickets
When you draft an email or create a task, note, or ticket, NextAgency presets you with a text editor. That editor is smarter than it looks. AI Assist helps you polish your text. You can select:
- Proof to review the text for spelling and grammar errors
- Improve Writing to revise your text
- Shorten to make your text more concise while preserving your intent
- Change Tone to rewrite the text in a professional, empathetic, casual, neutral, or educational tone
- Translate to convert your writing to one of several languages
- And, for tasks, notes, and tickets, Summarize to consolidate the text while preserving the intent — especially useful after entering long notes from a call or meeting
How to Use AI Assist
Getting started is simple:
- Type your email, task, note, or ticket description.
- Click the “AI Assist” button in the editor toolbar.
- Next, choose what you would like to do. You can improve the writing, summarize writing, fix spelling and grammar, make it shorter, change the tone, or translate the text.
- Select the action you want and click “Generate”.
- Review the suggestion and click “Accept and Replace” if satisfied.
You can try multiple actions until you get the exact result you want.

Improve Writing
Refine your text using custom instructions.

- “Make this clearer”
- “Make it more persuasive”
- “Simplify the email with bullet points”
