  • Unlike some vendors that try to lock you into multi-year contracts, you can cancel your NextAgency subscription any time. Your subscription will remain active through the billing period you have paid for. During this time you can continue to use NextAgency. With NextAgency your data belongs to you, not us. So you can use the remainder of your billing period to export your data. If you need extra time to off-load your data, call us. We’ll work something out. At the end of your billing period your subscription is deactivated and your data will soon, thereafter, be deleted.  
  • Yes! So long as you do not alter the number of user seats when you remove the user that left your agency, you can use their NextAgency license for another user. 

  • We pro-rate license fees so all the users in your agency have the same renewal date. New users are pro-rated whether you pay monthly or annually.  
  • When you sign-up for NextAgency you’ll be able to join your local NABIP chapter as part of the process. Or you can join now at NAHU.org.  In many states, the discount we offer NABIP members more than covers their NABIP dues. Even if it doesn’t, NABIP is a tremendous value. NABIP represents brokers’ interests in Washington and your state capital, provides powerful education and compliance tools and offers the chance to network with professional colleagues.  

  • When you sign-up for NextAgency you’ll indicate whether you’re a member in good standing in the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals. We immediately apply the discount (which amounts to 20% off our standard licensing fee). We check with NABIP to confirm the membership of our users on a regular basis. If you’re not showing as a NABIP member we’ll contact you. This way you can work things out with NABIP. If it turns out a user is not eligible for the discount, we’ll charge the agency’s credit card for the difference. Given that the 20% savings more than covers most members’ dues, we don’t think being a NABIP member will be much of a burden.  
  • Not at the present. All of our transactions are by credit card for now. We accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA.

  • The credit card you have on file with us will be charged for all the licenses and services you subscribe to with NextAgency. When a new user or service is added, their initial fee is pro-rated so that everyone on your team renews at the same time. Monthly licenses renew each month; annual licenses renew each year.

    We do not send invoices to agencies. You may view the charges to your card on the billing tab of the Settings page. If you need documentation of your fees please let us know by emailing our finance department at Support@NextAgency.com.

  • Yes, you can purchase a NextAgency license for anyone in your agency and assign them the role of Writing Broker or Administrative Broker (please see the “Roles and Permissions” FAQs for more details). 
  • Yes. Your agency will need to purchase a NextAgency license for each user whether they’re a broker or support staff.

  • NextAgency is a great investment because it’s both powerful and affordable.” We don’t hide our pricing. You can check it out on our pricing page. You’ll see there’s a variety of ways to save on our Standard Licensing fees.

    1. Agencies with a NABIP member save 5%.
    2. Agencies purchasing an annual license get two months free (saving 16.7%)
    3. Agencies who do not need our commission module do not have to subscribe to it.
