Yes! So long as you do not alter the number of user seats when you remove the user that left your agency, you can use their NextAgency license for another user.
While we do not accept payments by check, we do support bank transfers. To set this up, please navigate to Settings > Billing, and under Billing Details, select the Bank Transfer option.
Once added, please note that you will need to verify your bank account by confirming the two micro-deposits sent to your account and authorizing ACH payments.
Alternatively, you can make payments using American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards.
The credit card you have on file with us will be charged for all the licenses and services you subscribe to with NextAgency. When a new user or service is added, their initial fee is pro-rated so that everyone on your team renews at the same time. Monthly licenses renew each month; annual licenses renew each year.
We do not send invoices to agencies. You may view the charges to your card on the billing tab of the Settings page. If you need documentation of your fees please let us know by emailing our finance department at Support@NextAgency.com.
Yes. Your agency will need to purchase a NextAgency license for each user whether they’re a broker or support staff.
