In this video:
- Open your New Case Fields settings (Settings → Configuration Settings → New Case Fields)
- Reorder fields with drag and drop
- Remove fields you don’t need (and which core fields can’t be removed)
- Add a field from the field pool, then set its market segment, choose its section, and mark it as required
- Save your changes
